About these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms cover the website only. Your use of the AgentMargin source code is governed by its license.

The software and its license

AgentMargin is open-source software released under the MIT License. That license, not these terms, sets out what you may do with the code. Under it, the software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

Website content

  • Content on this site is for general information about the project. It may change, and it may not always reflect the latest code.
  • Customer names, amounts and charts in examples and mockups are fictional and illustrative. They aren't real usage data.
  • Nothing here is financial, accounting or legal advice. AI contribution means revenue minus tracked inference cost. It isn't gross or net profit.

No hosted service

The website offers no accounts, payments or hosted version of AgentMargin. Nothing on this site creates a service agreement or a support commitment.

Third-party sites

Links to GitHub and other sites are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and the maintainers aren't responsible for their content.

Contributions

Issues, discussions and pull requests happen on GitHub under GitHub's terms. Code contributed to the repository is shared under the repository's MIT License. See the contributing guide.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without warranties, and the maintainers aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
